Who I Am
Hi! I'm Cass.I help women reconnect with their body’s natural rhythm so they can stop stressing about food, trust their bodies, and feel confident in the way they eat.
As a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP), I help women navigate changes in their metabolism, hormones, energy, and relationship with food. I combine science-backed nutrition with simple, sustainable strategies that fit real life.
And as a mom to a picky eater, I know firsthand that nutrition doesn’t always look perfect. I’m all about making healthy eating fun, flexible, and realistic—finding ways to nourish yourself and your family without the pressure or perfection.
Love what you eat. Eat what you love.
I believe your body works best when you work with it, not against it.
By understanding your body's natural rhythm and building habits that support your metabolism, healthy eating becomes simpler and more sustainable. You don’t have to give up the foods you love. Together, we’ll find an approach that makes sense for your body and lifestyle, so you can feel more balanced and in control.
Because food should bring nourishment and joy, not guilt or fear.
My Approach
My Experience
Before becoming a nutrition practitioner, I worked in business management within the healthcare system. While I valued being part of healthcare, I knew I wanted to make a more personal impact by working directly with people.
That led me back to school to become a Certified Nutritional Practitioner, where I became fascinated by how nutrition influences energy, mood, hormones, and metabolism. As someone who genuinely loves food, I wanted to find a way to make healthy eating both nourishing and enjoyable.
Most recently, I spent four years with a startup supporting over 100 women with gestational diabetes, helping them stabilize blood sugar, build sustainable habits, and feel more confident in their food choices.
Today, my mission is simple: to help women reconnect with their body’s natural rhythm so they can enjoy food, trust their bodies, and feel their best.
Your body already knows its rhythm.
Sometimes it just needs support to find it again.
